Welcome to our apartment: an ideal retreat for families and couples looking for tranquility, comfort and the magic of Sardinia. The apartment, located on the ground floor with independent access, is part of a condominium with a swimming pool, in Lu Bagnu, a beautiful residential area about 400 m from the sea. The space 🏡 Accommodation features Modern kitchen with new oven and cooktop, complete with coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, glasses and accessories, including linen. Guaranteed comfort: washing machine, iron, air conditioning, heating, TV, private entrance and free parking. 🏊 Condominium pool with sea view, a short walk from the patio, with two sunbeds reserved for our guests. There are only two sunbeds available for the pool to allow for the sharing of common areas. 🔥 Barbecue with dedicated equipment, perfect for both family lunches and romantic dinners under the stars. 🌅 Private patio with sea view, ideal for enjoying relaxing breakfasts and unforgettable sunsets. The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance-Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed; - Private garden with sea view accessible from the living room, panoramic, sea view, with masonry barbecue; - Double room with sea view window; - Bedroom with double single trundle bed - Bathroom with shower. In addition, there is an assigned parking space in the condominium parking lot. Linen is provided (1 set for each guest) Guest access The apartment is entirely at the disposal of guests and has independent access. Just a 5-minute drive away is the medieval village of Castelsardo, with the evocative Castello dei Doria, the Museo dell'Intreccio Mediterraneo, and views of the gulf. Don't miss the Elephant Rock, one of Sardinia's most famous natural symbols. In about 30 minutes, you can reach Isola Rossa, a seaside resort famous for its spectacular sunsets and red sand beaches. --- 🚗 Useful tips and excursions Recommended car rental: it will allow you to move around comfortably and discover the wonders of northern Sardinia. In about 60 minutes you can reach Stintino and the beach of La Pelosa, considered among the most beautiful in the world. In about 40 minutes you can reach the port of Porto Torres, also a starting point for excursions to the Asinara National Park. In about 1 hour and 45 minutes you can reach the port of Olbia.
