Auburn Townhome - 2 Bedrooms with Kings Plus Loft

We hope you enjoy our Auburn townhome! This two-story home sleeps 6. It has 2 master bedrooms - upstairs and downstairs. Plus there’s a large loft with a trundle bed (sleeps 2). You’ll love relaxing in the den with its tall two-story ceiling. This area has a flat-screen tv and fireplace. The kitchen is eat-in, and outside is a private, covered patio with a fire pit. It's in a great location only 4 miles (approx 10 min. drive) to AU. Hope you can visit our “home away from home”! The space Our townhome has everything you need! The den is very comfortable and includes a flatscreen tv and fireplace. The 2 master bedrooms (one upstairs & one downstairs) have king beds with attached bathrooms and plenty of storage. Plus there's a trundle bed in the spacious loft and a pull-out sofa in the den. Our home comfortably accommodates a total of 6 guests. Perfect for a group or for families to share. The home includes three flat-screen tvs and free wi-fi. The eat-in kitchen is large and includes stainless appliances, plus lots of coffee & tea. There's also a half bath and a coat closet off the foyer, as well as a laundry area with washer & dryer, iron, etc. A private back patio has covered seating, fire pit and bbq grill. In the front there are two lengthy parking spots that can actually fit four cars. You can park two cars close to our home, and then park two other cars behind. The home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, & grocery stores close by. The loft is also ideal for business travelers. It has a laptop friendly workspace, free wifi, a desk, and a wireless printer. The loft is a quiet spot to catch up on your work or enjoy a book in the reading nook. And the desired location is near everything local. It's a short 10 min. drive to downtown Auburn as well as parks, tennis courts and golf courses. It's the perfect place to stay for sporting events, athletic camps, family vacations, reunions... and lots more! Guest access You have access to the entire townhome. This includes use of our bbq grill, firepit, and washer/dryer. Other things to note Help yourself to coffee, tea, etc. And feel free to use any condiments in the fridge and spices in the pantry.
