The space Please be informed that after check out of every guest , this place goes to a deep cleaning , sanitation , and spray disinfection. We clean all hard surfaces Wipe down such as the night table, coffee table, desk ,dining table and kitchen counter, and all the shelves in the house .We clean all bathrooms , wipe down bathroom surfaces ,spray with Lysol in the air ,we wipe down toilet seat and lid.We sterilize all kitchen utensils , dishes , bowls ,cups and glasses.We use also a Lysol disinfectant spray in every room so we eliminate the spreading of the virus , wipe down all door handles and light switches, all air conditioners’ remote control , cable and the tv remote control .We send all the curtains, linens , pillow cases , towels, towelettes and all blankets to the Laundry shop for washing .all of these jobs are done by our dedicated care takers and house keepers .We allow 2 -3 days for the house not be occupied before accepting new guests making book reservations. Guest access Please be informed that only 7 persons are allowed to stay in the house . Additional 300php will be charged to every person who will be added to 7guests .
