Opaline is a family holiday home that has 4 apartments with names evoking the great outdoors... near the waves of Paris-Plage. This beautiful charming residence is ideally located in the heart of the Quatre Saisons resort, at 40 Rue de Metz. NO GROUPS OF FRIENDS or GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE. Thank you for your understanding. The rate shown includes rental, cleaning, sheets and towels. The space 50 m² furnished apartment on the 1st floor and completely renovated since January 2023. It is very bright and has a large balcony. - Large living room with TV, free Wi-Fi and 2-seat sofa. - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge – freezer, 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker and classic coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and quality dishes. - Bathroom fully renovated in January 2023 with shower tub and sink - Separate toilet in the entrance of the apartment. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: - A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 x 200 cm and 2 large wardrobes. - A 2nd bedroom with 1 bunk bed (1 mattress of 140 x 200 cm at the bottom and 1 mattress of 90 x 200 cm at the top) and 1 single bed of 80 x 200 cm NOTE regarding beds: In the 2nd bedroom, if you need the single bed from the bunk bed, this bed will be set up by yourself. The sheet, duvet, pillow, bath towel will be provided in a storage box and you will need to set it up yourself. Central vacuum cleaner, Simmons quality bedding, anti-allergy duvet. You will have access to the laundry room in the basement (washing machine and iron available). Note that laundry detergent is not provided for the washing machine. The price shown includes rental, cleaning, linens and towels. Upon arrival, 1 double bed in the 1st bedroom and 1 double bed and 1 single bed in the 2nd bedroom will be made. Bathroom linen is provided (1 bath towel per person - 1 shower mat - 1 kitchen towel) PLEASE NOTE: Nespresso capsules, shampoo and shower gel NOT PROVIDED Guests will also have access to the inner courtyard of the residence (garden furniture available during the summer). Guest access Check-in time at the property: from 4:00 p.m. Checkout time on your departure day: 10:00 a.m. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES: In response to the many requests to arrive earlier and leave later (especially for single-night stays), we offer our guests the possibility of extending the times when our schedule and organization allow it; subject to payment of a supplement of €10/hour exceeded. Payment of the supplement to be made through Airbnb. Request to be sent no later than the day before your arrival. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: - No pets allowed throughout the residence - No parties or events are allowed in the apartment - We do not host groups of young people and prefer to host families. PARKING: Being in the city center, we do not have private parking. Paid parking is available on Rue de Metz in front of the residence. We therefore advise our guests to park in front of the gate of our inner courtyard in order to unload the suitcases. Warning: one person stays in the car while another person unloads. The urban police pass by very regularly. Then, we advise you to continue straight on Rue de Metz (one-way street) until you reach free spaces after Rue Ribot or Edmond Bardol, for example. Another possibility, you can also park on Avenue Sanguet (close to the tennis center). It takes about 15 minutes to walk back to the residence. A parking map will be at your disposal on the table in the entrance of the residence: "Parking in Le Touquet is easy" to quickly view the different parking areas.
