This apartment is completely newly built and furnished to hotel standard. We have a box spring bed with the dimensions: 180 x 200 cm incl. topper for optimal recovery. Modern bathroom with hairdryer and extra electric heating. Desk, coffee maker and spacious fridge are also new as well as a hotel safe. There is an iron in a separate room. The apartment is located in a central city location. The space Distances: 300 m train station, 300 m bakery, 200 m bar, 200 m restaurants, 200 m municipal parking garage, 800 m ferry port, 400 m waterfront, 3 km airport, 3 km fair Guest access Separate access to the apartment from the parking lot. (No connection to the host apartment) During your stay I live in the same house and have a separate entrance. I am always available by phone for questions. Other things to note From January 1, 2023, a tourist tax will be charged in Friedrichshafen. 1.1.-3.31. €1.50 per guest per night 4/1 - 10/31: €2.50 per guest per night November 1 - December 31: €1.50 per guest, per night, etc. To report to the city, I need the last name, first name, birthday and address with postal code. I need the last name, first name and birthday of the fellow travelers. For non-German guests, the ID/passport number is required by the city from the booking guest.
