The second bedroom has 2 very comfortable single beds and also has the original wooden shutters. So between the 2 bedrooms the flat can easily accommodate 2, 3 or 4 guests. The flat has Superfast Wi-Fi. The living room has a flat screen 43" TV with Freeview channels. Gas central heating ensures a warm, cosy flat throughout the year - Scotland can be a bit chilly at times !! The modern kitchen is well equipped providing a fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster and washing machine plus all normal utensils etc. The kitchen opens on to a communal garden where you can enjoy a coffee, wine or an Edinburgh Gin! There is a separate toilet and shower room with an excellent shower. We provide top quality bedding, towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, toilet rolls, tea, coffee and sugar.
