Small resin time - perfect for families and friends

Our modern and cozy apartment is located in the middle of Hahnenklee (300 m to the mountain railway!), it has three rooms as well as a kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony. The house was only built in 2001 and the apartment has just been newly equipped by us. It also has its own storage room and a garage. The space Living room/dining room: A cozy sofa corner for resting, reading and watching TV. The TV is 49 inches and is a smart TV with Netflix access and other apps. The TV is mounted on the wall and can be swiveled. The dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows in the bay window offers a beautiful view of the stave church and the Bocksberg and thus invites you to extensive meals. A high chair is available for the very young guests. From here you can go to the spacious balcony, which invites you to breakfast, barbecue and play in summer. Bedroom 1: Directly from the bed, the view of the Bocksberg falls in the morning. Also from here you have direct access to the balcony. Bedroom 2: In this room there are three permanent sleeping places (two bunk beds) and the possibility to expand the day bed under the two bunk beds by a mattress, so that a comfortable lying area of 160 x 200 cm is created here. A travel cot with viscoelastic mattress and hygiene cover for the very little ones is also available. In this room there is another TV with Blu-ray player, SMART TV function and a Nintendo Wii. There are also some board games, building blocks, books and toy cars for the little ones in the closet. Bathrooms: The daylight bathroom was newly made in 2017 and equipped with a large glass shower and underfloor heating. A hairdryer is provided. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. A dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and thermos flasks and much more are available. There are three usable areas in the basement: Laundry and drying room Here you can use our dryer and washing machine for a fee. Open ski, bike and sled storage room Here strollers, skis, bicycles or sleds can be stored dry Locked storage room In addition, we offer the possibility of accommodating valuable sports equipment or the like in our own lockable basement room. If you don't want to think about towels and linens and prefer to slip into an already made bed, you can book a linen package for €12.00/person. The apartment is perfect for families. We ourselves are a family with three children and are always surprised how few good vacation accommodations there are for families with more than two children. Now there is one more - come and see us, you are most welcome! Other things to note The town of Hahnenklee requires a visitor's tax from each guest: Adults: €3.00/night Children (6-18 years): €1.50/night The third and all other children do not pay a visitor's tax These fees are additionally due upon booking. These guest cards are then available together with the key for your entire stay. With these cards you get many discounts on site and throughout the Harz. If you want to arrive with your four-legged friend, you can do so. The dog "pays" €10.00/night as well as additional people.
