Our charming house offers a spacious and comfortable living space on the second floor, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a double sofa bed and a single regular bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. The highlight of our accommodation is undoubtedly the terrace, which provides a breathtaking direct sea view of the eastern side of old Nessebar beachline. The highlight of our accommodation is undoubtedly the terrace, which provides a breathtaking direct sea view of the eastern side of old Nessebar beachline. Our house is ideal for a group of up to 4 people, and we provide bed linens and towels for your convenience. Although there is no air conditioning, the house remains cool as it is situated right in front of the beach. Please note that there is no shower cabin in the bathroom. On the first floor of the house, you'll find a restaurant that operates from 10:00 to 01:00, giving you easy access to delicious meals during your stay. There is a supermarket and grocery store nearby, located within walking distance, making it easy for you to purchase any essentials you might need. If you're traveling from the EU, you'll have free mobile roaming available. For those traveling from outside the EU, we recommend purchasing an A1 prepaid SIM card directly from the airport. The pricing for the SIM card is 50 GB for 20 euro, 30 GB for 16 euro, and 15 GB for 8 Euro. Please keep in mind that to get to the second floor, you'll need to take the stairs. Also, there is no washing machine or laundry facilities available on-site. However, parking is available nearby, just 300 meters away.
