Double room with large private bathroom & shared sitting room modern quiet house in quiet pleasant road, close to shops, cafes & restaurants. 15 minute walk from Haywards Heath mainline station for fast trains to Gatwick, (10 mins) Brighton, (10 mins) and London, (1 hour). The accommodation is close to the Princess Royal Hospital, (15 min walk) CAE training centre Burgess Hill (10 mins). Please note the boiler is in the bathroom & access will be needed once a year for servicing The space The room is a loft conversion and has a large Victorian style bathroom with deep bath. There are drawers for storage and books and magazines to read. Guest access Use of kitchen to cook & eat. Small sitting room During your stay Host works from home and is around to answer questions. Please liase with me regarding time of arrival because I may be out at work. Other things to note There are some great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Train station for fast trains to Gatwick airport, Brighton and London is a 15 min walk away. The Princess Royal Hospital is a 20 minute walk away. All kitchen equipment is provided, please do not bring your own.
