The space The apartment is more than just a place to stay, its the sort of place that will make your stay in Nicosia more memorable. Its bright, with open spaces and a spacious, decked terrace offers up spectacular views of the Kyrenia mountain range. The living room has three huge double glazed windows which can slide into the walls. This opens up the space even more by connecting the indoor with the outdoor. The building itself was built in 1975. The flat underwent a full renovation to make the most of the larger spaces that these older apartments tend to offer. Enjoy breakfast in the sunshine, an al-fresco barbeque or nights with a glass of wine watching the sun go down. It has windows which face north, east, south and west making it easy to adjust the light or catch the breeze. The apartment tends to keep cool in the summer months and relatively warm in the winter. You can get to the beginning of the the walled old city within a 20 minute walk, the center of the old city is a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive or cycle. [N.B. this is how long it personally takes me to get to the old city from the apartment, some guests get there sooner while others get there later than that]. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment and all its facilities / modern conveniences.
