The Tinmouth Vermont Schoolhouse c.1840, was moved and restored in 1981 to Bent Hill Settlement in Waitsfield Vermont. This charming, private one-room schoolhouse sits on 6 acres and has been newly updated in 2017. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. Private bath off open living space. The space The first floor of the schoolhouse, the original classroom, provides an open living space with dining area, living area and kitchen. The bathroom is located in an ell on the first floor. The bedroom is located upstairs in the garret. Guest access The entire schoolhouse. Other things to note Please note that the peak in the garret is 6' 6" and bed entry is lower due to the slope of the ceiling. Also ceiling in shower in claw foot tub is at 6'.
