The apartment (75m2) is suitable for families or couples/friends travelling together with the wish to explore the Slovenian coast or simply spend some time by the sea. It comfortably accommodates 4-5 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated house (in March 2019) with a parking place (for 1 car) and a large garden. It is close to the San Simon beach (5 mins on foot), nearby there are several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. The Izola Marina is 10 mins away. The space The space offers two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 bunk beds: one 120x200, one 90x200), a large living room with direct access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (shower). Guest access You'll have the entire apartment at your disposal, the patio in front of the living room with access to the private garden. Coverend parking place is in front of the house. Other things to note IMPORTANT! There is a municipality tourist tax to be paid at arrival: 3.10€/adult/night, children 7-18 pay 1.55€/night. You are kindly asked to settle it at the check in.
