Centrally & quietly located Bavarian guest house

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed. The space The beautiful double room is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The en-suite bathroom has natural light and the room has a balcony from which you can enjoy your quiet garden and mountain views. In the evening, this invites you to relax with a glass of wine or a beer. At the table, you can still write classic postcards or use it to work with your tablet/laptop. The safe is located in the wardrobe. The 40-inch TV has all the popular channels. WiFi is available throughout the house. Guest access In the house you can use the breakfast room as a lounge. The garden is also available for use. During your stay I want your time in our guesthouse to be as comfortable as possible. Until noon, I or Heidi will be in the house, after which I will be available via message during your stay. Other things to note A €3 tourist tax/guest card per day per person must be paid in cash on site.
