Thanks to the irregular low mountains in this region, you get an incredible amount of beautiful views for relatively few altimeters. While the beach is close to everything, and the city of Valencia is only an hour's drive away! Please note: the calendar shows a base price, but for stays of 7 nights or more, lower prices often apply. Guest access On the top floor you will find the living room, open kitchen, balcony, lounge outside area as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs, in a separate room with its own entrance. Because of all the outside stairs the house is not ideal for people with a physical handicap. Other things to note During the summer months (June-August) a minimum stay of 7 nights applies, but you can arrive or depart any day of the week. Outside these months we apply a minimum of 3 nights. The apartment downstairs has a separate entrance. Less suitable for babies, but ideal for teenagers :-) NOTE: unfortunately in the Communidad Valenciana it is no longer allowed to advertise on AirBnb for visits longer than 10 nights! That is why (on this platform) we had to set a max. stay of 10 nights.
