Breaking this rule will result in a P5,000 fine plus potential costs incurred by losing the next guest's reservation due to lingering odors. There is a smoking area near the Main Gate. No Parties: Strictly no parties or noise violations allowed, as per condominium complex rules. A P10,000 fine will be imposed for rule violations, including unreported extra guests. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Maintenance: We rely on property management for general maintenance requests.
