The space In the heart of Marciac, a great site in the Occitanie region, 2 hours from the Pyrenees National Park and the Atlantic Ocean, 1 hour from Lourdes. The house is located 200 m from the Central Square (free concerts, exhibitors, restaurants), 100 m from the Astrada (500-seat theater) 400 m from the Chapiteau (6000-seat concert hall) and 400 m from the landscaped lake (free concerts, restaurants, sports course), 10 min. drive from the Château de Pallanne golf course. Many sites and museums in the area. Our old house is made of stone with a south-facing facade in timber framing. You can relax in our 1800 m² wooded park equipped with benches and chairs and featuring a 15 m x 7 m swimming pool. The paved beach with deckchairs opens onto a covered summer lounge. Upstairs, the four bedrooms with whitewashed walls with traditional parquet are decorated with antique furniture and objects from different periods. Spacious and bright, they offer a relaxing and intimate setting. Each bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed with quality bedding and linen. We provide towels and washcloths. On the ground floor you can enjoy a large living space with exposed stone walls and a covered terrace, both open to a wooded park. You can access the room from 4pm. Please vacate it by 11 a.m. So that you can fully enjoy the festival off (free concerts), we provide you with private parking from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival and until 2 p.m. on the day of your departure. We offer drinks (orange juice, unlimited tea and coffee), fresh bread and an assortment of homemade jams as well as the homemade pastry of the day. -Eco-friendly and organic toiletries (soap, shower gel). -The house is cleaned with natural products. -Please bring bath towels for the pool so as not to use the ones provided in the bathroom.
