The villa is located on the countyside with lakes and cattles nearby. The nearest town is one of Sweden's oldest fully preserved. The whole society has been classified as a national interest. You´ll find walking paths, one of western Sweden's finest lake systems for canoeing, bathing area, walking paths, museum, Sweden's smallest cinema, bakery, restaurant, shops, canoeing rentals. Scenes for the popular TV series ”Vår tid är nu” shot nearby. Public beach is reached within 10 mins walk. The space Charming 1940s house with bright, scenic location near lake and forest. Perfect for a relaxing vacation with day trips to Gothenburg. Guest access You will have the villa for yourselves. There is a cosy fully equipped country kitchen including two firesides for comfort. You can relax in two lounge rooms. There is 1 king size bed in bedroom one on the entrance floor. On the 1st floor you’ll find 1 single bed in bedroom two, and 1 single bed in bedroom three. There is one bathroom with WC and a bathtub/shower on the 1st floor, and one WC on the 1st floor. Guests are welcome to lend our small rowing boat. Walking the old oak slope to the small bay you´ll find a the boat ready to take you for a ride. No motor activity is allowed on the lake so you will find it peace and serene. Other things to note The villa is located on the countyside with sheeps, deers and high land cattle nearby. The residential area is a super nice location. There is traffic on the road leading to Tollered town as well as some air traffic, just mentioning since some guests have been expecting total seclusion and living in wilderness, this is 5 mins by car from the public beach, 5 mins by car to Tollered town and Nääs Fabriker where you will find a bakery, café, restaurant, and some stores with clothes etc. 30 mins by car from Gothenburg, and 20 mins by car from Alingsås: nature + "city" life :) In the garden there’s a greenhouse, and a wooden deck for dining outside. Last year the neigbors built a new villa, so part of the garden is in the making. But there is fresh new grass and the setting by the woods is great! Note for the allergic – one cat and a dog live in the house during wintertime. The house works just as well in summer as in winter. We provide soap, shampoo and toilet paper. We also provide one towel per person. Guests are expected to bring their own bed linen. We kindly ask guests to clean before departure.
