Our waterfront apartment, with modern decor, completely renovated, very well equipped, functional and bright, will make your stay a pleasant and quiet break. Located in a quiet residence with swimming pool, it is conveniently located close to direct access to the ocean. Private parking is available to remove any parking constraints. A 5-minute walk from all amenities (shop, restaurant, bar, market...). The space The accommodation is close to many bike paths. Just minutes from the famous Dune du Pyla and the Arcachon basin. We leave at your disposal two bicycles to discover our beautiful region. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival, however towels WILL NOT be provided. Guest access The residence's swimming pool is only open from June 15 to September 15.
