The Blue House

La Casa Blu, CITRA 011015-LT-1770 "La Casa Blu" is the ideal stay between the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre, in a region with beautiful coasts and rich in charm and history, wonderful nature, excellent wine and gastronomy. It is located in the pedestrianized Historic Center of La Spezia, 15 minutes from the Central Station and the Lungomare with the embarkation of ferries to Portovenere, the Cinque Terre and Palmaria Island, and 2 minutes from the bus stop to Lerici, Sarzana and Portovenere. The space The Blue house is 60 square meters. Organised with a hallway, completely equipped kitchen with a table for 5 people and a balcony, living room with two sofa-beds, a master bedroom with a second balcony, and a beautiful bathroom with a big shower. Guest access The entire apartment is fully at the disposal of guests, except the storage room which is for the private use of the host. There is an elevator in the building but it is not available for guests. Other things to note At the "Casa Blu" you will never be disturbed by the noise of cars and traffic, because it is located in a pedestrian area, but there can be a lot of noise until late at night, from people who gather in the many clubs, and music. The neighborhood is indeed very lively. In the early morning, the street cleaning machines can be a bit disruptive to guests' sleep: on the other hand, the area is very well maintained.
