From the apartment you can take a motorcycle / taxi 5 minutes to District 1. Take 10 minutes to District 2, District 7. The apartment is located on the only riverfront road in the city center, just 5 mins step, you can join and exprience sleepless nights & a lot of fun in Bui Vien str - "khu pho Tay" ( foreiner street) and go to central city. Then chilling down the noise to peaceful quiet atmosphere when you get back to the house.I strongly believe that you will fell very comfortable during your The space _ In the Kitchen, there are: # 1 refrigerator, # 1 microwave, # 1 magnetic stove, # 1 kettle, # 1 rice cooker, # 1 toaster, # 1 frying pan, pot kit, eating utensils. _ The Bathrooms are fully provided with: # Tooth-brush kits, hand-wash gel, shampoo, hair-conditioner, shower-gel, towels, hair-dryer, etc. # Water heaters. _ In the Wash room, there is: # 1 washer, enclosed with liquid detergent (of course). # I put many things here such as: powder detergent for hand wash, softener, glass and floor cleaning liquid, broom, shovel, floor cleaning tools. I will give u the passcode upon your check-in. ☘️ _ I will be there for both Check-in and Check-out. Then I'll give you the Resident Access Card, with which you can access the building and freely use the Pools. _The apartment is all yours with 24/7 entrance and no curfew. Interaction with guests _I will be around if you need me. I can help you with any questions about my city and other things else. _I will always be available on Email, Viber, Zalo, AirBnb msg, etc. Finally, I’m happy to have you in my apartment, thus some little things as gifts for my guests will be prepared when you come to stay: ~ 4 tea and 4 coffee packs, ~ 4 bottles of mineral water.
