Private entrance with separate lock and key is provided. It includes a large 250 sq. ft. deck. The room is about 30 steps up from street level. The living area is quite large with full bathroom and shower. A closet for clothing and storage along with a microwave, hot water kettle and a small refrigerator are included. There is no formal cooking area! There are 2 skylights which also open from the living area. There are two large picture windows which offer expansive views. The property is gated with a digital combination lock for security. Street parking is available. NETFLIX is provided along with surround sound stereo and a DVD player. Traditional TV stations are not provided! There is also Wi-Fi connection for the internet. There is a lot of art and beautiful furniture to give you a sense of comfort and warmth. Lush vegetation surrounds the property that will make you feel that you are in the midst of nature. Rest under the French gazebo or stretch out on the hammock. it's all waiting for you. Although the unit is close to Cal Poly, I typically walk downtown which is less than 2 miles and takes about 25 minutes, on a mostly flat city streets. Driving time is 5 minutes or less.
