Other things to note ARRIVAL: Guests must inform us of their expected arrival time by 2 days in advance, so the villa manager and personal maid assigned to your stay can be scheduled to meet you to welcome you and explain the amenities and features of your stay. We are happy to arrange airport or pier transportation with one of the local transfer companies. A meet & greet private airport transfer for one minivan is 500 THB for up to 4 people (100 THB extra each for more people). Pier pickup fees vary depending on distance. OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy for each unit is determined by the number of beds. Each king bed may hold two persons (excluding young children per our child policy). One extra bed or crib can be added to each bedroom. Each extra bed or baby cot is for one person. We do not allow guests to use room furniture for sleeping in lieu of extra beds or baby cots. One child age 3 and under may stay in each king bed with adults for free. An optional baby cot can be added for 500 THB per night. Persons age 4 and over count as adults and an extra bed may be required if exceeding occupancy limits. Extra bed fee is 1000 THB per night, which includes an extra breakfast.
