The space Welcome to my home! This 50m² property is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs. Wooden flooring and multiple windows throughout the house add warmth and a sense of cosiness to the flat, enabling guests to feel at home. Relax in the well-lit living room with a convertible sofa bed facing an LCD Cable TV. If you fancy dining in, there's an attached dining area where you can eat meals with loved ones! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a toaster, so you can prepare homemade meals. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe for your belongings and complimentary hotel-quality linens all at your disposal. The modern bathroom has all the basic amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Note: Our dishwasher is temporarily not working. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
