Located in the quaint fishing & lobstering village of Jonesport, the cottage sits on a 2acre lot with 150 ft of accessible oceanfront, offering a combination of ocean views & privacy. Far from the maddening tourist horde, the peaceful sounds of the rolling ocean waves & the rhythmic chugging of the local lobster boats will lull you to sleep. Explore the undeveloped coast of ME from this renovated charming home. The space Ocean is available with stair access. The stairs are enter at your own risk due to the winter storms this past year. We are looking to put a seawall in since our embankment has washed away. Other things to note Feel free to bring bug spray. In the spring the mosquitoes are out. A pellet stove is in the living room if desired. In the master bedroom there is a dresser available to the guests. The two twin beds are in a loft which makes for special memories for the children. Stairs down to the ocean and on the loft are steep so enter at your own risk. The water is safe to drink. It is hard water, but there’s a filter system and the wells been bleached/tested.
