MN08: New 2 bedroom (AC) house near the SEA

New cozy two-bedroom house situated in a calmer part of Maenam beach, with very short access to the beach just 3 minutes walking (about 100 meters). The house is surrounded with lush well-kept garden. The space A lovely, newly built modern style house with 2 bedrooms, living space, a kitchen, and a large outdoor terrace. Both bedrooms are equipped with aircons. All windows have mosquito nets. As long as the house is freshly built, there are no signs of wear and everything is clean and brand-new. The house is placed in a green garden which is well taken care of. Maenam beach is like 100 meters from the house (2-3 minutes walk along the footpath). The beach is ideal for swimming for both children and adults, there are no sharp stones or corals, the sand is fine. There is a great view at Koh Phangan island and also you can watch the astonishing sunsets (the attached sunset pictures have been taken on this beach in near proximity to the house). The house is situated in a calmer eastern part of Maenam beach, yet there's just 10-15 minutes walk on the beach to the central Walking Street. The beach has a decent choice of cafes and restaurants. The nearest thai Food cafe is just 100 meters away. The Family Mart and 7/11 convenience shops are 400-500 meters away on the main road. Guest access The whole house is at your full disposal so you can really feel at home. There is a kitchenette with gas stove available for cooking (gas tank is supplied upon check-in by request for 550 baht per full tank), and a microwave. Electric bills are NOT included in the rental price for any length of rental, and should be paid separately upon check-out (8 baht per Kw). Water is charged separately 40 baht/unit. Cleaning 1 time a week is included in the price, but more frequent cleaning is paid extra (500 baht). Laundry can be arranged for 50 baht per kg. In case any other help needed, there is a local helper on-site. Other things to note Please note that guests are required to place a refundable security deposit of 5000 THB in cash upon check-in as a guarantee for the use of facilities. The deposit will be fully refunded upon settlement of electricity and water charges, provided there is no damage to the property. For long-term rentals, a deposit of 10000 THB may be required (typically, for monthly stays).
