Two additional bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. Bedrooms are furnished with new mattresses and bedding. BATHROOMS Bathrooms are furnished with new towels and essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and emergency medical kit. Hot water is supplied via an on-demand water heater. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, blender, crock pot, toaster and combo air fryer / microwave as well as plenty of utensils and dishware. MEDIA/TV There are three smart TVs (with cable TV provided for the living room TV), as well as strong reliable Wifi. PARKING Space is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. COMMUNITY AMENITIES In addition to the home, the guests can enjoy access to over 60 miles of trails as well as community swimming pools, additional hot tubs, a fully equipped and recently renovated gym, tennis courts and a private beach on Donner Lake (for an additional daily fee; certain amenities open seasonally). Please note: this home comfortably accommodates six adults or a combination of six adults and kids. Up to two additional quests are welcome to stay for a total of eight guests. Each extra adult is $50 per day/night. No guests above eight guests please (per local ordinance). Guests have access to the entire home and off-street parking for up to four vehicles. The chalet is located in the middle of Tahoe Donner, minutes to a convenience store, downtown Truckee, hiking and mountain biking trails, lakes and world-famous ski resorts.
