It is arranged on one level, has a large fenced garden and views of the lake. A few steps lead to the entrance of Villa Anatre. The house has an independent kitchen with a dining table, a living room facing the lake with a dining area and direct access to the comfortable large terrace. It has two bedrooms with garden views, one with a double bed with bathroom and another with three beds. There is also another bathroom with shower. Garage, washing machine and dishwasher are available for guests. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the house and private garden. Reserved parking and a garage are available on the property. The ping-pong table is of course at your disposal. Two sunbeds for the garden are ready for you. Other things to note This is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Lake Como. The area is ideal for visiting, by ferry, car or train, the picturesque villages, basilicas and unique villas and gardens of the area (such as Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta, Villa D'Este, Villa Olmo, Villa Monastero...).
