The studio, 30sqm, is on the 1st floor of a period building, looking towards the inner courtyard. It is the perfect place for two people, offering a comfortable double bed, a lovely sitting area, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a bright bathroom with large walk in shower. The apartment has lift access and air conditioner. In the apartment you will enjoy high speed WiFi, complimentary tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo and a flat screen smart TV with 26 international channels and a guest Netflix account. The kitchen is equipped with toaster, cattle, DeLonghi coffee maker, a built in microwave oven. The food prepared can be diminished comfortably in our cozy dining area. The modern bathroom has all you desire, large walk in shower featuring rainfall and hand shower heads. Towels and linen as provided. You can find a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well in the flat. Bed: One double bed (140X200 cm) with orthopedic mattress and non allergic Billerbeck pillows and duvets. One corner sofa with coffee table for ambiance. It is not suitable for sleeping! The apartment can be booked by maximum 2 people! Because of its size no extra guests are allowed! Guest access The guests have single use of the property, they use all the space themselves: the kitchen, the bathroom, the built in wardrobe, the sleeping and living area. Other things to note -We can only host you in concordance with the Hungarian immunisation policy! Please check the requirements before booking. - There is no freezer in the apartment, just an under-counter fridge. - The apartment can be booked by maximum 2 people! Because of its size no extra guests are allowed! Other things to note: - We kindly ask all our guests to fill in our registration book upon arrival. Only checked in guests can stay in the apartment! - Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment building. Smoking inside the apartment will be fined 100€! - We provide slippers.
