Centrally located & walking distance to Hyatt casino, movie theater, bowling, restaurants, coffee & gift shops. 5 min drive to golf course & Ski Resort. Kings Beach and Sand Harbor are public beaches to enjoy Lake Tahoe. We love our home & offer it to you for respectful gatherings with your family & friends. The space Queen bed downstairs with bathroom including nice large shower. Upstairs bedroom with king bed, loft with 2 full size beds and one twin bed. Upstairs hall bathroom with bathtub/shower. Cozy living room with woodburning fireplace. Please follow instructions posted for using fireplace, flue open when burning wood. Most homes in Lake Tahoe do not have central A/C but it may get warm in July & August. If needed, a portable cooling fan can be found in each of the two bedrooms which work perfect as does cracking a window open for cool night pine breeze. Guest access Entire unit. Other things to note A must stay cozy cabin. Great location. Great Walkability to Starbucks, Ice Cream, great restaurants, walking trails. Note: Incline Beach nearby is private. Please check with owner/host if interested in purchasing a one day beach pass ($16.00 each adult) ($8.00 each child 6-17 years old) Refundable $15.00 Deposit on punch card required. Note; due to limited passes, we can only offer for guests to purchase a 1 day pass during your stay. Otherwise there are two beautiful public beaches nearby; Sand Harbor (5-10 minute drive or ride on a lovely bike trail. Bike rentals in town) or lively Kings Beach with lots of restaurants and shops within walking from beach (10 minute drive).
