Hout Bay Easy beach access and entertainment

A 200m walk from Hout Bay beach in a safe residential area. We offer a double room with ensuite, has its own entrance with a deck seating area where guests can relax. A short walk to the harbor and the large market and Craft Brewery. It's the ideal location. Everything is no more than a 5 to 10-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and 2 Oceans Maritime Academy, and the 2 other Superyacht training schools. Great hiking trails on the surrounding mountains and the famous Chapmans Peak sunsets. The space Once guests check out fresh linen and towels are provided and the room is fully deep cleaned in line with Airbnbs' Covid 19 policy . When you book your accommodation we can also advise on transport and personal day-trips to local wine farms, peninsula picnic drives and lots of interesting places before you arrive. Guest access Guests have a separate private garden, and all our guests are welcome to share our pool and Braai (BBQ) area which are located at the back and side of our home. If your driving/hiring a vehicle, street parking is safe and secure. All the streets in our neighbourhood are monitored 24/7 with CCTV. During your stay We are always happy to meet new people and socialize. We can help with local info and days out. We can also arrange personal day trips around the South Peninsula, hiking and kayaking. We like to know what our guests like so we can make their stay a happy and memorable one. Other things to note Although we have non smoking policy in the room, guests are welcome to smoke on the outside deck area. We are situated close to all the Super yacht Training Academies including the 2 Oceans Training Academy, Super Yachting Nautical Careers, and Professional Yacht master Training Cape School.
