This in-law suite is a clean, modern, comfortable space. This rental is for non-smokers only. There is no smoking on the property or in the unit. We are located 2 miles from the beach, 1 mile from the Landmark Forum center. Walking distance to several restaurants. Private entrance and very quiet, safe neighborhood that is a perfect spot to land after a busy day. The space This in-law suite is part of my home and has it's own separate entrance. The private self-contained unit makes this getaway different than many other shared house rentals. Guest access You have a self contained 2 room suite including kitchenette equipped with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and sink. We have a large circular driveway that can accommodate up to 2 vehicles without interfering with our personal parking space. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the attached room (fondly known as "The Chill Out Room") has a large sectional sofa that is the size of a queen size bed. This is a great set up for parents traveling with school age, or teen children as it gives everyone their own space. This location may not be appropriate for toddlers or young children who do not swim, as our pool is not fenced or gated. We do not rent multiple rooms to different Air bnb parties. Imperial Point is a quiet Fort Lauderdale neighborhood where you often see people jogging, biking and walking their dogs. Getting around We are a 3-5 minute walk to a wonderful breakfast restaurant, (Cypress Nook), authentic French bakery, (Croissantlicious), delicious burger joint, (Burgers and Suds), and lively restaurant with live music that is on the water, just to name a few. Publix supermarket is 1/2 mile from our home. What makes this place so great is that it is centrally located. We are 2-3 miles from the beach, 1 1/2 mile from the 95 Fwy and 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Other things to note If you would like your fridge stocked with a few items upon your arrival please let us know and we will let you know if we can accommodate you! We have a tv in the room equipped with Apple TV, Netflix etc. to stream movies. We do not have live tv, no local stations or cable.
