Annie and Michel MORET are pleased to host you in their half-chalet decorated in an alpine style, renovated farmhouse in Les Carroz. The capacity is 7 people for 60 m2 (2 bedrooms, private parking, terrace...) The space Your car will also be on vacation because we are ideally located: - 300 m from the start of the gondola (Ski and mountain bike trails) - 300 m from the start of the 4-season toboggan run - 150 m from the shuttle stop - 100 m from the first shops (bakery, bars, local products...) - 180 m from the village center Guest access Amenities: - Equipped southeast terrace (10 m2) with a magnificent view of the mountains (including the cable car and the red slope of the Timalets) - Private parking: 2 spaces - Ski locker - free WiFi - TV - Kitchen (Renovation September/October 2023). Complete equipment (oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, pressure cooker, filter coffee machine and Nespresso...) - 1 large bedroom on the ground floor (with a 140 cm bed) - 1 bedroom upstairs (1 bed 140 and 1 of 90) with mountain views - Sofa bed with 2 beds, in the main room - Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet - Vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, ironing board, iron... Our additional services: - Rental of bed linen and towels: Our apartment does not have sheets, but ONLY mattress and pillow PROTECTIONS. So bring enough to make your beds, or we can offer you a rental.
