House magnificent view of Monaco and the riviera

Overlooking the Principality of Monaco, and offering a magnificent view of Monaco and the Côte d'Azur, you will enjoy the charm of an authentic traditional Provençal stone house, equipped for up to 6 people. The slightly old family house of 90m2 is located in a green, quiet and secure residential area, near the medieval village of La Turbie, also known for its Augustus trophy. Rest and a change of scenery guaranteed! (see description) The space You will love this house for its magnificent view of the principality of Monaco and the surrounding area, its calm, its authenticity, the surrounding nature which offers you very beautiful walks. Note that the house is quite old and in the COUNTRYSIDE and that despite our care, our friends sometimes invite insects into the house. The house benefits from a large terrace with a view overlooking Monaco, a veranda on the 1st floor to enjoy this view on winter days. A garden at the back where you can also have lunch or have barbecues (electric barbecue however due to the vegetation) You will enter the property through a small, quiet and intimate garden and then access the house. The house consists of an open living room which gives access to the dining room where you will find a table with 6 chairs, and the equipped kitchen. On this floor you also have access to the mezzanine, where there is a 140 bed with a very comfortable bed. Note, however, that the mezzanine is open to the living room and that it has a low ceiling (around 1.35m) This same living room opens onto a beautiful veranda offering a breathtaking view of the Côte d'Azur and an office You then take a staircase which leads you to a first bedroom with a 140cm double bed, then a double bedroom with two 90cm beds. This floor gives access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture You can park your vehicle in the secure subdivision. There is no assigned place and the places are random Guest access You will have full access to the house, its terrace and its garden. The house has a fireplace but beware it does not work. It is therefore forbidden to use it You can park your car in the alley or in the parking further above the house Note that there is no TV box but a Hertzian antenna Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided during the rental as well as a welcome kit to allow you to start your holiday hassle-free, this kit includes 4 rolls of toilet paper, small shampoo and soaps. The bedroom on the mezzanine is not a real bedroom. Although the bed is comfortable, it should be noted that this room is open to the living room and has a very low ceiling. Pets are allowed on the property. Due to the surrounding vegetation, smoking is prohibited.
