The space Accommodation Contemporary Suite is a private front facing deluxe room, situated at the end of a hallway in a spacious guest quarter on the second level of the house. Designed to offer guests majestic views of Devils Peak and Table Mountain to enjoy from the balcony or bedroom. Contemporary suite features a full deluxe en-suite with large walk-in window shower, bathtub and double vanity, fitted with all essential bathroom linen, toiletries and separate private toilet. Fully equipped with mini-fridge (stocked on arrival), coffee pod machine & pods, kettle and glassware for eating and drinking, remote controlled airconditioning, luggage storage, hairdryer, TV smartbox, work desk and chair, ironing board. No kitchen ( no cooking) Each room accommodates for 2 adults (1 couple or 1 single person). Comfortable queen bed, floating night stands, wall mounted head headboard & lamps. Soft duvet inners, king size pillows, easy access reading lamps as well as soft/mood lighting for ambiance. Block out curtaining, mirrors and extra seating Enjoy the the large walk out balcony tucked under an old Mulberry tree with sunny areas and outdoor furniture. During winter months it is less sunny on the balconies, but rooms are cosy, fitted with electric and extra blankets plus airconditioning heating. All rooms are fitted with fire doors and lockable safety locks. Guest access Guests enter the house at the front gate and door into a small courtyard and entrance hall. A wide staircase leads up to the second level with hallway and 3 private front facing guest rooms. In the hallway is a small wash up area and microwave for warming up prepared meals. There is no kitchen, stove or lounge on the second level. (Not an apartment) From the hallway another glass door leads out into a small stone terrace with extra private seating on the side of the house. (shared space) Other things to note FREE PARKING Free parking in the close. The close is secure and gates are locked on the greenbelt side with 24 hour security guards both sides monitoring the area. It helps to stay close to the Consulate Generals Residence as well. SECURITY We request Guests to stay in contact by means of voice or text messaging for the duration of their stay. Read our Security Tips TRAVEL Walking distance from MyCity Bus Route (Belle Ombre on Kloof Nek ) Buy bus cards at Spar Kloof Street Uber is affordable and reliable VISITORS -We strictly dont allow any visitors in the rooms or on the front balconies of the property. -We will make exceptions should you talk to us in advance. -It is simply out of respect for other guests who want to enjoy their privacy, peace and quiet. -There is a small terrace on the side of the property where visitors can wait should you have someone who wish to accompany you. PETS -We dont allow pets, but talk to us in advance and we can make a plan to accommodate you. - We have an orange cat of 16 years, named Franky, and he does not have access to the guest area and lives with us in our apartment above. BASIC SERVICE ( during stays longer than 2 days) - We do a supervised basic room service to replace linens during long stays, swop out dirty towels, clear rubbish and replenish any consumables where necessary.
