Great location in Torrance. Close to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center with 5 -10 min walking distance. Walk to variety of food places and coffee shops. We offer a 1 bedroom with full size bed and flat screen tv's. Closet space with Netflix, Direct TV and free Wifi. Close to everything perfect location for people working at Harbor UCLA going to School to Dominguez Hills University and just 15 min from Stubhub. The Host may also offer transportation to and from the LAX if arranged in advance. The space You will be in a cozy modern 1 bedrooms with full size bed with and flat screen TV's. Guests to share common areas like the bathroom, the kitchen, living room but you will have your own private room for sleeping. All the amenities in our home including WiFi, Netflix, Direct TV, Keurig Coffee machine, Microwave, Refrigerator, full kitchen. Room has its own small fridge in bedroom for late night snacks :D Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the outside front roof of the house with a view of the street and driveway, there is also another one on the back of the house with a view of the patio and back yard, we also have the "Ring" in the front door for security purpose. The video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, vandalism and any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. Please note that we are a loving family of furry dogs that live in our home. Guest access Guess will have access thru the front door of the house with Plenty street parking. During your stay We work during the day and evening but will always be on call and able to provide assistance and/or meet any special request right away.
