No Cleaning Fee-Historic Baker Home

December 24-26 you will have house to yourself as I am away those nights. The house is in the colorful and unique Baker neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. It is about 1.7 miles south of downtown and easy to go by bus, scooter, or vehicle. The queen bed room (11'x9') is by the front door and a private bathroom (not en-suite) is off the kitchen. The space You are welcome to use the entire first floor (Kitchen, living room, tv, washer/dryer), patio, and backyard. Please note-your private bathroom is off the kitchen. There is a window a/c unit in the bedroom May-September. Should you and your travel companion want your on beds, I do have another bedroom downstairs-message me about this-small extra fee. Organic coffee beans, tea, a French press, a drip coffee machine, half and half, and sugar are always available. Guest access You can use the living room, dining area, and kitchen on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is just for your use. No guests are allowed upstairs. During your stay I am available to answer your questions. I work outside the home on weekdays and tend to go to bed early so may not be there to greet you. Other things to note There is plenty of street parking. The street is quiet though it is a city. Trains run through the neighborhood at night though no one has ever complained of the horn which is sounded 9 blocks away as it crosses a road. Registration Details 2018-BFN-0007727
