Description

Modern apartment with period features, dedicated laptop desk, spacious bedroom, in the center of Zagreb, near the main Christmas market, museums, shops, and restaurants. High ceilings, plenty of natural light, blackout blinds, double bed, free WiFi, bathroom with toiletries, central heating, AC, kitchen, coffee machine.Superb location, safe, clean, near all the attractions, including Zagreb Cathedral, Ban Jelačić Square, and Upper Town. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business trips The space Sedaki is situated in a small apartment building, it is very private. Ceilings are 3,75m (12 ft) high, it has plenty of natural light from a large window with blackout blinds. I has been completely renovated by the end of 2018, with modern central heating, but some period features have been preserved. It is situated on the first floor (Croatian or 2nd floor American). From the staircase you would unlock the door to the Sedaki entrance hall and then another door into your apartment. The neighborhood is very safe, close to the main police administration, courts, embassies and museums and a city park. It is surrounded by small bakeries, restaurants, bars and shops. It is perfectly located for exploring the city (and possibly working) because it is literally at the doorsteps of major city attractions while apartment is very private and quiet. The WiFi is of high speed and very reliable (optical cable connection to the apartment and wireless in the apartment). The building was built in the 1800s, as many other in that part of the city but more solidly than most of that time. In the recent renovation of the apartment, some period features were preserved, like ceramic furnaces (now only decoration), old internal wooden doors, high ceilings, while modern ones were added (insulated windows, heating, plumbing...) The apartment consists of three rooms: living area, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. In the living area there is a kitchen, with fridge, microwave oven, electric stovetop, kitchen hood fan, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glasses (including wine and champagne glasses), dining table with chairs and a sofa. In the living area and in the bedroom, there are antique ceramic furnaces that are used for decorative purposes only as the apartment has modern central heating with its own thermostat so that you can adjust temperature to your liking. There is also the air-conditioning. Bedroom has one double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and bedside carpets, wardrobe closet, two comfortable arm chairs, one of which is a rocking chair, a coffee table and a small writing desk with a light and an office chair. There is a cable TV and high speed reliable WiFi included in the price. Bathroom is well illuminated, with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, towels, hair dryer, body and hair shampoo, shower caps. Other things to note Sedaki Apartments consists of three separate units, a one-bedroom apartment Alpha and two studio apartments, Bravo and Center. They all are separated ad self contained units. The only thing that shows that they used to be one apartment is a fore space. First, you enter into apartment private entrance and then into separate apartments. Thus, each apartment has additional privacy.
