Private one-bedroom apartment in historic downtown Flagstaff home. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, NAU, Amtrak station, and several parks and hiking trails. Short drive to AZ Snowbowl, museums and many National Monuments. The space Things to note before booking! *We keep our space very clean and well maintained, but the property is over 100 years old. Although it has been remodeled, some of the charm remains in things like original wooden floors (not always even and sometimes squeaky). *The space is NOT suitable for pets. * The apartment is an inviting one-bedroom with a living room, small kitchen, and 3/4 bath (there is a small stall shower, but no bathtub). The unit is attached to the main home with it's own private entrance and no shared spaces or access points. Guests have their own parking spot for one vehicle in the driveway. *We provide WiFi, a comfy bed, and plenty of little extras, including snacks, teas, and coffee. *In the back of the property is our non-profit urban garden where we grow many varieties of veggies during the growing season in our 50 ft hoop house. If you are interested to learn more we are happy to try and coordinate a tour! *Flagstaff prides itself in being a Dark Sky City and there are lighting restrictions in place to ensure that we stay that way. If you are out and about at night you might notice that it is handy to have the flashlight from your phone available. Guest access Guests can access the apartment through a private entrance on the east side of the main home. Once parked you will take a path along the front of the main house to to the apartment foyer, marked #3. Guests will be provided with a code to the lockbox that holds the key to the apartment. Please note that our driveway approach is steep. Low clearance vehicles should be especially cautious and enter (on the left side) and exit (on the right side) of the drive, slowly, and at an angle.
