The Tiny Apartment has 20m2 on the groundfloor with a small single kitchen, 3 bar stools and a small bathroom with a shower. On the first floor an L-shaped room, 30m2 with a big table, a double bed and a sleeping sofa. Ideal for one or two persons. A third person can sleep on the small sofa. The spiral staircase is tiny and not appropriate for small children, elderly people or dogs. The farmhouse is idyllically located in the middle of the fields and close to the forest. 15 Min from Aachen away The space The tiny apartment consists of two small rooms. One open kitchen on the ground floor, with a small toilet and bathroom. One big 30 m2 sleeping and eating/working area in L form on the first floor. The double bed corner has some privacy around the corner but no door. The reading corner has a beautiful view through the fields. Guest access The court has to be shared with the owner and other renters... One parking space belongs to the apartment. Two chairs and a small table just by your door are yours. The fireplace and the barbecue close to the horse stables can be used after asking the owner. Other things to note It is a very tiny apartment with a nice design. Please don't await any luxury, it has an artsy atmosphere and a basic setting. A real plus is the outstanding environment and the really beautiful location in the middle of the fields and just by the forest. Because of the sale staircase dogs have to sleep downstairs or to be carried upstairs
