Furnished studio in the back of the house, on a quiet, tree-lined street, located 7 minutes' walk from the subway and the Vila Madalena Bus Terminal. The space is well lit and quiet. Independent access is from the outside of the house, via a staircase. People of all backgrounds are welcome! Additional guests or visitors during the stay must be communicated in advance. A good relationship with neighbors is fundamental, so we ask you to respect the law of silence and good coexistence practices. The Space can be rented in conjunction with Studio 2, which is on the floor below, totaling 4 guests. Guest access A small backyard with table and benches can also be used by guests, including for outdoor dining! Other things to note Spacious studio with 20 m2 has a small area with kitchen cabinet for groceries containing a minibar. Small table with 2 chairs for small meals. Bathroom with a pleasant shower. Desktop with large bookcase, drawers and shelves to accommodate notebook, books and work material. Large wardrobe with mirror. With your comfort in mind, we have a newly renovated kitchen below the Studio, exclusively for the use of our guests (shared with Studio 2), thus ensuring privacy and convenience during your stay.
