The space ' The Nest 1' is conveniently located near the airport with a pool and a garden view. It is a newly built property on the 5th floor , well equipped with all basic amenities. It is recommended for singles, business people and couples. Places around : - Airport 5 kms - eateries 3 kms - departmental store 5kms Getting around Best way to move around is by UBER and OLA Guest access Swimming pool, gym and there is also a restaurant near the gym Other things to note -Please note that guests will have to agree and sign an agreement that they will use wifi for legal purposes and promise not to use it for illegal downloading or uploading. Also, I rent my place to guests who have a complete profile on Airbnb like : pic ID , phone, email. Before booking, I appreciate guests telling me : - a little background - purpose of visit - who you will be coming with - time of arrival - I do not accept bookings from local guests ( again cause people missuse it). So , if the primary guest (who books) is not local but the other is , then the secondary guest must be above 26 yrs of age. And, if you are a couple renting my place: * if you are below 26yrs of age ( both) then you got to be married. * and BOTH must be above 21 yrs age, if married. ( I know it sounds weird , but I have had several not so pleasant experiences with unmarried couples below 26 yrs of age, hence I had to write this ) - Guests from abroad, will need to send to my email a copy of their passport for security clearance at the gate, and not their foreign driver's license. - All guests staying need to send a copy of their IDs to us vis email atleast 24 hrs before their arrival for security clearance, else check-in will not be possible. Thanks for understanding. - Guests who are staying for more than 2 days uptil 2 weeks, can keep the apartment clean by using the vacuum cleaner and cleaning tools that are provided in the apartment. But if guests want to hire someone to clean, then we can provide you the phone number of the cleaner and guests will have to bear the cost. It costs about 300 inr per cleaning. - We can hire someone to clean the apartment for stays longer than 3 to 4 weeks and for that we will bear the cost. Many thanks 😊
