This is not a party place and no events are parties, loud music or intrusive behavior will be allowed. Pool viewThere is no elevator access and I just like to put this out here because some of the ratings that I have received as a four were only because it was a second-floor apartment with stairs and they did not see it in the description so I have added it in multiple places. It is not handicap accessible.
