2 bed private room & en-suite in Duplex Maisonette

Our home is an inviting & charismatic duplex maisonette situated close to all amenities. The private guest room is spacious, well lit area on the first floor(no lift) comprising of 2 single beds, handy kitchenette made up of a sink, microwave toaster & fridge. The room boasts a newly built en-suite which includes a spacious private shower, toilet and sink. You will have a large wardrobe, ample desk space & roomy drawers. The room is not equipped with an AC but a fan or heater will be provided. The space We are a family of 3, including myself & my two daughters in their 20's. We have an adopted dog who is very friendly and playful. We enjoy meeting new people & can offer tips on making your visit a memorable one. The house is made up of 3 bedrooms, including the private guest room, 2 bathrooms, an en-suite, kitchen/living/dining & a large terrace. There is a cosy conservatory with large windows overlooking the street, perfect for studying/reading/breakfast area. Guests are welcome to make use of the conservatory at any time. Guests will not have access to the rest of the house although we are happy to accommodate, in certain areas, if the need arises. We would also like to make clear that the private room is limited to the guests listed on the booking, & that other people (i.e friends of guests) are not allowed. The no smoking rule is a strict one as a member of the household is asthmatic. We ask that guests return to the house at a decent hour and if returning late to please respect the household and be quiet. During your stay Monday to Friday from 8 AM until 6PM I will be unavailable, although I can spare some time to be of any assistance between 6PM and 10PM. Guests can contact me by email or phone or the me to you note book provided outside the room. Other things to note Guests booked are not allowed to bring in third persons into the room.
