Monthly rental at the Beach/Harbor in Seabright.

Please inquire if you need some flexibility with dates. We are happy to try and accommodate. Our cottage is the perfect place for a couple. Inside you will find it light, bright and cozy. We are situated 1 block and a half from the beach in Santa Cruz's picturesque Seabright neighborhood, a favorite. Cottage is within walking distance to cafés and wonderful restaurants, boardwalk, beach and harbor. Our neighborhood is quiet and very safe. You will love this location. The space Many guests love the cottage mostly because of the fantastic location, but also because the cottage itself meets all their needs. The building was constructed using green building materials. We designed the building and interior ourselves and although small, it feels spacious and practical for it's size. Every square inch was considered. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A STEEP ( but very solid and strong) LADDER/STAIRS TO THE LOFT BEDROOM- see pictures. If you get vertigo from heights, or, if you need to use the bathroom several times a night, this rental may not work for you. On the patio there is a BBQ, picnic table and patio umbrella, also a very cozy lounge areas with heater. Boogie board, beach chairs and beach towels available upon request. Guest access Guest access is via the front driveway gate with at digital access cose. Cross the patio and find the cottage ahead. The main entrance is to the right of building along gravel pathway. We ask that you please keep gate closed at all times. THANK YOU! Other things to note Our main house is on the same property as the cottage, but completely separate building. Cottage has a private entrance. ***Kindly note: The City of Santa Cruz levies an 11% Transient Occupancy Tax to be paid by all short-term guests.
