My house is located in a characteristic building in the heart of Trastevere, in the beautiful Piazza De' Renzi, famous for two large magnolia trees, it is welcoming and tastefully furnished, and is located on the 2rd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR, one of the neighborhoods most lively and of the city next to the Tiber river, a stone's throw from Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navone, Piazza di Spagna and in ten minutes you arrive at the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. You will feel like you are at home. The space I completely renovated the house, and the windows offer a beautiful view of the lovely square with two magnificent magnolia trees. We tried to preserve the flavor and character of the Trastevere homes, keeping all the restored ceiling beams and using lighting that highlights them. The furnishings and colors make it elegant and charming. We provide every comfort for every guest's stay, including heating, air conditioning in every room, strong Wi-Fi throughout, and a complete set of linens, including toiletries for each guest and a few rolls of toilet paper. The fully equipped kitchen, in addition to a gas stove, also has an electric oven and a microwave, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils, along with a latest-generation Nespresso coffee machine, for which we provide initial pods. Guest access The house is completely available to guests, without any limitations. It has two bathrooms, one large with shower, one small with washing machine. You will be in possession of the house keys and you will have to be careful to take them with you every time you go out and lock the house, and above all to leave them on the table in the living room on the day of your check out. Other things to note Please note that upon your arrival you will be asked for your identification document for each of the guests In case of arrival after 7.00 pm, a late check-in fee of €20.00 will be applied, after 10.00 pm of €30.00 and after midnight of €50.00 N.B.
