Open Bali style non air-conditioned Main building has lounge area, billiard table, cable TV, DVD, kitchen, dinning table, over looking the pool & garden. Temporary pool fence can be hired from outside sources with prior notice The space STAMAN VILLA SEMINYAK STAMAN Villa is set up as a private haven for 3 couples plus children. Or Individual Adults. The 3 individual buildings each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a bathroom. The main master room is in the main pavilion that also houses the kitchen and dinning area. The additional sleeping arrangements on offer are mainly designed for children. However extra adults have used these options in the past. Each with its own bathroom. Bedroom Room 1 (The master) has bath tub also. Bedroom 2 has additional sofas bed for younger children or smaller adults if required. Bedroom 3 has a set of additional bunk beds for children or smaller adults. Main building houses the. Lounge area, cable TV DVD player, kitchen and dinning table over looking the pool and garden. Cots and other children facilities including a temporary pool fence can be hired from outside sources with prior notice. Staman villa can accommodate children in the common area on floor mattresses or Cots bringing the numbers up to a total of around 10 guests. All the necessary items are there to help you maintain your stay to the standard you are used to, other than a clothes washing machine. laundry services are readily available from outside sources. We can provide details later should you require. There is linen service / cleaning bathrooms etc from 12 pm until 4pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday or by request. You must provide your babies blankets etc. ****Beware trick marketing**** I have noticed listings online for rental villas with many saying they are in Seminyak (the upmarket area of Bali) and close to the beach however they are actually kilometers away in areas congested by traffic such as between Kerobokan, Umalas and Canggu. *Always ask for the exact location before booking anything online * Guest access The guests have access to the entire 500 Sq metre property other than the staff / storage area to the rear of the property. Other things to note To keep costs lower for guests and enjoy a really close to the beach holiday in Seminyak Bali (40% cheaper than some who offer so much smaller area than the Staman villas larger sq metre property) we do not employ Chefs or Cooks for Breakfasts or meals. (meals / Breakfast is not included) There is several online hire a cook or chef in Bali you could use. Extra guests over 8 incur a small 10USD fee per night to cover laundry and service charges. (paid prior to arrival via Pay Pal) We offer airport pickup service starting at 300,000 rupiah for a car suitable for 4 or 5 adults plus baggage. Villa Staman and Staman Asri have double bolted duel security connecting doors on an outer security wall that can be opened to interconnect both properties to accommodate large families or group bookings.
