The Metro is a 5 minute walk and will take you to the Plaza Catalunya in a few minutes. The Gracia neighborhood is full of shops, bars, restaurants, fruit and vegetable stands, and supermarkets. The house is very near some of the best public squares in Barcelona and are great for ¨people-watching,¨ cafe-sitting, or just relaxing on the free benches and chairs. The neighborhood is a bohemian area with many artists and designers. The home, itself, is full of original artwork. Other things to note GETTING TO OUR SITE FROM THE AIRPORT It's easy - take the Aerobus from the airport to Barcelona for € 5.90, a direct 30-minute ride. Get off at the end - Plaza Catalonia. Option # 1: From the Plaza Catalonia take the Metro (Plaza Catalonia - green line - L3) to the Fontana Metro station (3 stops - 5 minutes.) One tip, buy T10 (10 trips in the Barcelona public transport) 10.30 euros. Option # 2: From the Plaza Catalonia, take a taxi for about 8 €. It's the fastest way. Another option is to simply take a taxi from the airport - the cost is about 35 to 40 €.
