Our house is located on the same grounds, at a good distance from the duplex without vis-à-vis, with independent access gate. Another duplex, with separate entrance, is located in the same building as your listing (access to the pool according to certain times). A private parking space is available on the grounds. The space Welcome to our 35 m² independent duplex, air-conditioned, refurbished in July 2025, located a few minutes' walk from the CHU and the trambus. Minimum weekly rental, longer term (monthly) possible. Decorated in a modern loft style, it accommodates a maximum of 2 adults (permanent bed on the mezzanine) and possibly 1 to 2 children (extra bed in the form of a sofa bed on the ground floor; cot available on request). The ground floor includes: - A fully equipped kitchen: large fridge with separate freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, some basic products (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee). - A dining area: table with 4 chairs - A seating area: sofa bed (BZ 140 cm), wall-mounted TV. - Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, towel rail. Mezzanine sleeping area, accessible by a staircase, offering: - A 160 cm double bed with new mattress - A desk, a storage closet, and a large mirror. Bay window and velux equipped with roller shutter/blackout blind, guaranteeing complete darkness for optimal sleep. Large wooded plot of 3200 m² with many olive trees (we produce our own olive oil), fruit trees, oaks, a large vegetable garden, a pond with fish and free-range chickens. We will be happy to let you taste the fresh eggs of our chickens, and, depending on the season, our fruits and vegetables.
