Right in the middle of Hamburg's lively St. Georg. Super bright, spacious, 100sqm, freshly renovated three-room apartment with huge roof terrace, open living area & large window fronts. But beware: The oversized couch, the 180 cm wide luxury box spring bed, the 55 inch TV with Netflix, super fast Internet and the Sonos speakers in all rooms could keep you from exploring Hamburg's sights or feasting in the restaurants around the corner ;) . The space This is not one of those "just Airbnb Holiday Apartments". I live here myself when I'm not on the road and have furnished the apartment accordingly. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a huge roof terrace of 35 sqm. All around are large window fronts and the apartment gets a lot of light. Although the apartment is very centrally located, you will be amazed how quiet it is inside. The roof terrace with Fatboy hammock and seating invites you to chill out. The apartment was completely renovated in November 2018. All rooms have Sonos speakers so you can start the day in the shower with your favourite songs or relax in the bathtub in the evening. The 55" LED Flatscreen TV in the living room has Netflix and Amazon Prime. The 46" in the bedroom also ;) . The high-quality real wood parquet does not only look beautiful, but also feels pleasantly warm, because I oiled it and didn't varnish it. The heating runs automatically (but you can also control it manually, just set your temperature and the rest "loift" ;) . A small design highlight are the handmade solid wood window sills from a whole trunk of "BrettArt" from Hamburg. The kitchen is completely equipped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and much more. Coffee, milk & tea are also available. Also, of course, fresh and high quality bed linen, towels and soap. Entrance From the hallway you enter the guest room on the right, the large bedroom straight ahead on the right, the living room straight ahead on the left and the bathroom on the left. The living room The 40 sqm living room is the core of the apartment. Here you will find an oversized, comfortable couch where you can make yourself comfortable. The modern, large 55" TV comes with Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as the most important TV programs for streaming, Youtube & Vimeo. In the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom there are Sonos loudspeakers, which are networked with each other. So you can listen to music on your smartphone in the whole apartment. Kitchen The kitchen is open to the living room. It is a high-quality kitchen with brand name appliances. If you feel like cooking, you'll find everything you need here. Ceran cooking surface and oven, pans, pots, nice plates & enough cutlery. The same goes for a fully automatic coffee machine that makes cappuccino at the touch of a button. Water boiler & tea. I always leave a certain basic equipment so that you can arrive first. If you want to shop, supermarkets and many small, rustic greengrocers are right around the corner and sometimes open until 10 pm. 7 minutes walk away is the main station, where a supermarket is open 7 days a week from 6 am to 11 pm. Behind the kitchen is a storage room with a new, modern washing machine and a separate dryer if you are in a hurry. The Master Bedroom In my large bedroom you will find a 180 cm wide, large and very comfortable luxury box spring bed. I also have a 240x220 cm down duvet. It couldn't be more cuddly. In addition you have a Philipps light alarm clock to wake up pleasant and another large flat screen TV with free Netflix and Amazon Prime access. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with high-quality real wood furniture. The Grohe rain forest shower and the high water pressure let you start the day well with the shower. If you like, you can turn on the Sonos speakers from your bed with your smartphone before you get up and have your favourite music in every room. Of course, you'll find towels, soap and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Guest room The guest room is equipped with a 140cm wide sofa bed. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to all rooms of the flat: Large living room, open kitchen, hallway, dining room, bedroom, guest room, storage room with washing machine and dryer. Other things to note There areTVs in the living room (55" Flatscreen) and bedroom (46" Flatscreen) with a Netflix subscription that you can use if you feel the need to chill ;) .
