The studio is located on a pedestrian street in a very quiet neighborhood of Toumpa. It is very close, just 50 meters away, to small shops and very easy to access by car. You can even park outside the door of the accommodation. The use of a parking bed is charged 5e-night. There is a bathtub in the WC without a plug for safety reasons and it cannot be filled with water. The space Quiet, warm in winter, cool in summer, absolute cleanliness, new furniture, water in the fridge, coffee, tea, beautiful decoration and fast wi-fi will contribute to a very pleasant stay!The accommodation has air conditioning. The car is parked at a distance close to the house many times even outside it. Guest access Check in by yourself with a key box. You are on the ground floor and enjoy your stay in a fully equipped studio with all the necessary appliances. Other things to note We have used anatomical mattresses in 1.40x2.00, Greek-made Greco Strom for an enjoyable and restful sleep. The mattress protection layers, also of the same company, are not removed during the stay. There is a sofa bed in the space, the use of which is charged extra in case it is needed and used by the guests. Please note that there is no possibility of charging a car in our space from the house's electrical outlet. We are waiting for you. Please let us know in advance if anything has changed regarding the number of people staying at the property. The Climate Change Tax is not included in the reservation and must be paid in cash upon departure of the guest. The exact amount is determined by law of the Greek state. Once the booking is complete, Greek and Foreign guests, in accordance with Greek law, must send photos of their passports or IDs to the host for the required certification. Please respect the place you stay and keep it in excellent condition upon your departure. Please note that quiet hours apply between the hours: 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:30.
